Dr. Doug Craig
Dr. Craig has been helping adult clients improve their quality of life for over 20 years. His specialty in treating anxiety includes managing worry and stress, social anxiety, and panic attacks. He also has particular interest in treating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) as well as in helping clients recover from traumatic experiences (PTSD). These anxiety concerns often benefit from addressing specific thoughts and behaviors; an approach known as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy or CBT. Doug also works with individuals troubled by depression, relationship and marital distress, insomnia, stress-related headaches, or significant life transitions. He provides ADHD coaching of adults as well.
Dr. Craig approaches therapy with a blend of compassion and collaboration; a collaborative effort that assists clients in their progress toward their counseling goals. He strives to work with clients in the context of their personal values, and he views life as an ongoing process of learning and growth.
